Step 3: Cry in front of a stranger
Step 4: Agree to fix the vehicles through insurance only to realize that it will raise your boyfriend’s mom’s insurance premium
Step 5: Agree to pay for anything and everything for everyone to avoid step number 4
Step 6: Stress about the very small amount of money in your bank account
Step 7: Eat all the junk food and then stress about all the unnecessary calories
Step 8: Cry some more

I’ve just noticed that you’ve been nominated for the Creative Blogger Award. I’m in the middle of writing my post for that award at the moment, and will be nominating you, too. Mine is a different version of the award, so you could do them both as one post, as |I did with one of mine (Liebster) a while ago. You could then put both logos on your blog. If you feel you’d rather decline, of course, that’s fine, too. 🙂

Thanks for the nomination, Mille! I would love to accept. Writing them both in 1 post is an excellent idea. And unfortunately it was my real day… Not the best. But I decided to write it as fiction because that helped remove me from the situation and find the humor in it. Oh well, at the end of the day no one was hurt.

Oh, I was hoping you were going to tell me the story was entirely made up! Thank goodness no one was hurt, and the stress/distress of it all will fade soon.
I was hoping to get the post up tonight, but if I don’t manage it, it will be tomorrow. For the award I’m nominating you, you just need to think up 5 more facts about yourself an nominate people. I’ll be nominating far fewer than it says because so many people have had this award already.

I wish! It actually is already looking brighter. Saturday was one hell of a day though. The worst part was how horrible the other driver was. I mean, I get it… I did drive into her. But she was actually so awful about it all. I think being rude and insensitive is the worst way to handle an already bad situation. Oh well, it has been turned over to insurance now and I just have to wait to see how much money I owe and to whom. As for the nomination, I’ll wait until your post goes up and then start writing mine.

Some people are just that way, Alex, wherever you are in the world. I’ve come across a lot of insensitive people in my time, and if you’re on the sensitive side yourself (as I was when I was younger) they can really get to you. They are the sad people in life, not you. I hope you don’t have to shell out much money! Surely the insurance will take care of most of the costs.
